Report: Global tissue Dx market could hit $3.5B by 2017

A Frost & Sullivan report predicts that the global tissue diagnostic market will increase from $2.4 billion last year to $3.5 billion in 2017, with the U.S. and Europe expected to make up about 79% of market share. Equipment sales have been largely affected by reimbursement cuts, hospital consolidation and other factors, but the market is poised for growth starting next year, the report says.
