Shutdown delays start of tax season

As a result of the partial government shutdown, the Internal Revenue Service will postpone acceptance and processing of tax filings from Jan. 21 to between Jan. 28 and Feb. 4. Also as a result of the shutdown, refunds could be delayed, some are saying.
