Wisconsin becomes 18th state with e-recycling law

With the signature of Gov. Jim Doyle, Wisconsin has become the 18th state to pass e-recycling legislation. Wisconsin's version requires companies that make consumer-electronics products such as TVs, computers and printers to arrange for the recycling of their products and bans electronic devices from the state's landfills.
