Real leaders don't have all the answers

Good leaders shouldn't assume that their role is to have an answer for every question that arises, writes Mike Figliuolo. In fact, the opposite is true: Leaders need to ask questions, and try to elicit the answers they need from those further down the ladder. "You need to move from a world where you provide all the answers to a world where you ask all the questions," Figliuolo argues.
