Pumpkins move off the porch and into the kitchen

Foods made with pumpkin include a pumpkin ravioli served at the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, Calif., and pumpkin chocolate chip bread from the Baked bakery in Brooklyn, N.Y. Baked co-founder Renato Poliafito said the loaves used to be offered just in fall, but customers demanded them year-round.
