Study: Physicians adopt partial EMR systems

A CDC study found only a slight change in the number of physicians who use comprehensive EMRs from 2006 to present, but a 42% increase in the number of practices using partial EMR systems. The researchers also found many doctors don't use features that could improve management and quality of care the most.
