Companies say perks grow profits, attract young workers

Companies offering employee perks such as cash bonuses, laptops, on-site yoga, free lunches and generous health benefits report they're boosting profits, taking a bigger market share and attracting Generation Y workers, Ann Meyer writes. Employers say they also appeal to tech-savvy younger workers with open communications and chances for advancement.
