Gluten-free food is essential for people with celiac disease or those who are gluten intolerant but it might not be the best choice for everyone else because it is expensive and can lack key nutrients such as B vitamins, iron and fiber, according to Consumer Reports. Gluten-free grocery listings at Amazon.com and retailers such as Super Target and Costco can help people save money on gluten-free foods, Consumer Reports says.
