Texas city code restricts small-business owner's window signage

A vacuum store in Walnut Hill, Texas, has been ordered to take down on-premise signs that cover the top two-thirds of its storefront windows, which is now illegal under a new sign ordinance in Dallas, Texas. "If we have to take all this down, and we can't have posters in the window, people are going to say 'Well, I guess they're not there anymore,'" said the small-business owner.
