Court orders NuVasive to pay $60M in damages over trademark use

A U.S. district court ordered NuVasive to pay Neurovision Medical Products $60 million in damages in a case over NuVasive's use of the NeuroVision trademark for a spinal-surgical product. NuVasive said it plans to appeal the ruling, and that the damages amount could change.
