Stop wasting time, and start working smarter

Innovation is vital for business success, but it's only useful if you're able to tell which ideas are good and which are bad, says Jim Collins. "What we can least afford is wasting everyone's time pursuing solutions that aren't working," he writes. Companies should work smarter, continuously evaluating projects to shut down failures quickly and ensure successful programs are implemented in a timely manner, he argues.
