Risotto recipe unites Italians

Promoters of Parmigiano-Reggiano encouraged Italians to eat the same meal Saturday: risotto made with the famous cheese. "To me, it's the iconic cheese of the Italian cuisine," said renowned chef Massimo Bottura, who developed the recipe. "I believe in this. I believe in tradition. I believe in quality of the food you eat."
