President Barack Obama could benefit from the impending storm, as long as flooding doesn't stop his supporters from getting to the polls, experts say. The storm will draw the nation's attention to Obama and make it hard for Republican challenger Mitt Romney to get his message out, says Brookings scholar John Hudak. "All eyes are on the president. It's something money can't buy," he said.
