Supreme Court set to hear case on mutual fund fees

The Supreme Court will hear a case on money-management fees, and its decision could alter the mutual fund industry. If the high court rules in favor of shareholders, fees could be pushed down throughout the $10 trillion industry, observers said. The industry collected $100 billion in fees last year.
