FCC commissioner: More TV business owners should be women

Commissioner Mignon L. Clyburn, who is the Federal Communications Commissions' only female member, believes Internet access is key to attaining gender equity and that more women need to have access to higher level jobs in the media business. Commissioner Clyburn notes that less than 6% of television companies are owned by women, which does not reflect the country's demographics.
