Netflix holds on to deal with Disney-ABC, which forges Amazon deal

Disney-ABC Television Group renewed its cable and broadcast deal with Netflix and signed an agreement to provide more than 800 episodes to Amazon.com's streaming service. The Netflix agreement extends the window between the air date of the current Disney-ABC shows on Netflix from 15 to 30 days. Netflix earned the right to continue streaming library content from The Disney Channel, ABC Family and ABC Studios while Amazon negotiated for some of the same shows plus others produced by Marvel.
