Report names 8 HIT elements of state CIOs' 2012 priority list

A report from the National Association of State Chief Information Officers identifies the top 10 priorities of state CIOs for next year, with health care ranking fourth on the list and trailing consolidation, budget and governance. The eight health care-related priorities identified in the report include the Affordable Care Act as well as health information and insurance exchanges.
