Some lose Net service during Comcast-Time Warner transition

Some Comcast customers in the Minneapolis area have experienced service disruptions for up to two weeks, as the cable giant converts former Time Warner Internet subscribers to its high-speed service, as a result of the firms' merger of their Twin Cities operations. Comcast said most of the problems reported were easily resolved from telephone instructions.
