GOP-led House would put pressure on EPA's climate rules

If Republicans secure a majority in the House of Representatives, they will launch a campaign to torpedo the Environmental Protection Agency's greenhouse-gas regulations, as well as discredit the scientists who have linked air pollution with global warming, senior Republicans said. The campaign will paint the EPA as overstepping its authority and causing economic harm, while the climate researchers will be questioned for manipulation of data.
