Latinas heat up the world of entrepreneurship

Hispanic women are one of the fastest-growing groups of entrepreneurs as they find themselves increasingly disappointed with corporate America, where they are paid less than other groups and lack support and mentors, experts say. Latinas also often value strong family ties and favor the flexibility of business ownership. "I think every business needs a mother," said one Latina business owner. "At the end of the day, a mother takes care of things, makes sure things grow, makes sure everybody is doing what they need to be doing."
