Nev. Supreme Court rules in favor of Wynn tip-sharing policy

The Nevada Supreme Court ruled unanimously that casino employees are allowed to share tips with supervisors, and the case has been remanded to district court. The case stemmed from a policy at Wynn Resorts that implemented tip-pooling at its Wynn Las Vegas casino. "We review our decisions carefully before we implement any change affecting our employees," said Steve Wynn, chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts.
