Home-based agents sometimes learn best by exchanging ideas

A theory was floated at a recent industry conference for home-based travel agents that in some areas of business, agents learn best from one another. Participants put the theory to the test and found it to be true, although they also understood that what works for one agent might not be the best step for another. Agents exchanged ideas about working at home, technology, social networking and dealing with clients.
