Correcting mild to moderate eyelid ptosis and asymmetry with Muller's muscle-conjunctival resection gives lasting results and can be performed along with other cosmetic procedures, plastic surgeons reported at the annual meeting of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Patients who respond well to phenylephrine testing are likely to have the best results.
