Yahoo! and Google alter search-ad deal to mollify U.S.

Google and Yahoo! have revised their search-advertising agreement, capping Yahoo! revenue at 25% and limiting the deal to two years. Google advertisers can choose to not have ads on Yahoo! sites, reports The Wall Street Journal. The companies submitted the revised agreement to the Justice Department over the weekend, trying to head off monopoly charges by regulators.
