Your mood affects decisions, office culture

Most people ride what Larry Senn bills as the "mood elevator" throughout the day, but leaders need to be especially cautious not to stop at the bottom floors. "Moods are contagious," Senn writes. "An organization's culture and climate is most greatly influenced by the shadow of their leaders." He recommends that leaders be aware of their state of mind and how that affects decisions, and take care of themselves.
