GOP gains in election could complicate health reform implementation

Republican gains in Congress give many U.S. companies, lobbyists and lawmakers fresh hope that they will be able to weaken or block President Barack Obama's agenda on health care, among other issues. While experts say a repeal is unlikely, Republicans may try to eliminate funding for some health care reform provisions. Newly elected GOP governors in states across the country also may seek to slow the pace of implementation.
