4 tips to help you sleep better at night

About 25% of women don't get enough sleep, and 40% say daytime sleepiness interferes with their daily activities, according to National Sleep Foundation polls. Experts suggest making sleep a priority, scheduling it just as you would any other important activity and keeping to that schedule, as well as turning off the TV and computer at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
