High-tech vision for education is on the ballot in Minn.

In St. Paul, Minn., today, voters will be asked whether to fund an eight-year levy proposal that would, among other things, fund classroom technology intended to personalize instruction in the district. Superintendent Valeria Silva has proposed a vision for education in the district that includes $9 million spent annually on technology upgrades -- intended to help all students continue learning anytime, anywhere.
