Research shows no cancer risk reduction with vitamin B

U.S. researchers say women who took vitamin B supplements for more than seven years were no more or less likely to develop or die from cancer than were women who took a placebo. The study included 5,442 women who were health care professionals and who had cardiovascular disease or risk factors, such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol levels.
