Florida man arrested after TSA finds guns in checked luggage

A Transportation Security Administration agent found two guns in a traveler's checked luggage at Orlando International Airport in Florida. Felix Davila, who was traveling from Orlando to Puerto Rico, was arrested for violating a city code provision. Under TSA rules, guns are allowed in checked luggage if they are declared and enclosed in required packaging.
