N.C.'s Research Triangle Park to undergo sustainable transformation

North Carolina's 7,000-acre Research Triangle Park will undergo a strategic transformation that will "maximize efficiency, mobility and synergy among the region’s universities, businesses and governments" and realize the Research Triangle Foundation's "commitments to environmentally sustainable development," according to this piece. Work includes refurbishment of existing structures and the creation of mixed-use urban hubs and multi-tenant clusters.
