Pentagon clears admiral of misconduct charges

Adm. James Stavridis, head of U.S. European Command, has been cleared of misconduct charges relating to travel costs and alleged reimbursement errors. The allegations damaged Stavridis' chances to be named the chief of naval operations last year.
