The key to working for a younger boss is appreciating the skills the person brings to the table -- such as technology knowledge -- and avoiding negative comments such as "Kid, I have socks older than you," says one expert. At the same time, young bosses should be appreciative and respectful of the knowledge, experience and wisdom older workers can share, experts say.
