UN stresses humanitarian aims after fatal Afghan bombing

Antonio Guterres, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, said in an interview that the agency's mission in Afghanistan intends to boost cooperation with local aid groups in order to hit home the message that it is in the country solely for humanitarian purposes. A Taliban suicide bombing on Oct. 31 killed five people, including three UNHCR guards.
