Official: Turkish nuclear deal may still stand despite court ruling

It is unclear whether plans for the construction of Turkey's first nuclear power plant will be scrapped because an administrative court nullified three articles of a government tender, Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said. The Russian firms Inter RAO and Atomstroiexport secured the contract to build and operate the nuclear plant with Turkey's Park Teknik. However, conflict over power pricing has prevented the deal from being completed.
