Vocational school in Singapore to help younger students

A Singapore vocational school soon will allow students to enroll there after failing the Primary School Leaving Examination their first time, instead of on their third try, which had been the practice. "When they come to us, it might be too late to motivate them to succeed," teacher Chua Eng Suak said. "Now that we are taking kids at a younger age, we have a chance to motivate them and keep them in school for a longer time."
