Keystone XL project will get Obama's approval, report finds

TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline will secure President Barack Obama's approval, but the decision may take time, according to a report from Moody's Investors Service. "Still, even if Keystone XL went into operation in 2015 or 2016, Gulf Coast refining and marketing companies would benefit from wider light/heavy crude price differentials," the report stated.
