Cincinnati celebrates first out City Council member

Chris Seelbach, who last week became the first openly gay candidate elected to the Cincinnati City Council, says he will work during his first 100 days in office to extend health benefits to the partners of the city’s gay and lesbian employees. Advocates say he also has the potential to become a role model for area LGBT youth.
