Hospital chef emphasizes cooking from scratch, fresh ingredients

The executive chef at McKay-Dee Hospital and Mountain View Cafe and Grille in Ogden, Utah, says he plans to refocus the hospital's kitchen to cook meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. Tyler Ehlert says teaching people healthy-eating habits is important to him, as is showing them how much fun it can be to prepare meals at home with family and friends instead of eating fast food.
