Veterinarian warns of respiratory disease risk in adult cattle

A respiratory illness, known as chronic suppurative pulmonary disease, which commonly affects calves also can infect adult cattle, a U.K. veterinarian said. The disease, which is marked by frequent coughs, occasional nasal discharge and an arched back, can be prevented through vaccination and other measures.
