Kentucky's Large/Food Animal Veterinary Incentive Program offers graduating veterinary students who agree to devote at least 50% of their professional time working with large animals as much as $18,000 over three years to help pay off school loans. The program aims to address the shortage in large-animal veterinarians in the area.
