Platelet testing during PCI may have little clinical benefit in steering clinical decisions in the effort to prevent stent thrombosis, interventional cardiologist Dr. Gregg Stone reported at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics clinical trials presentation. The procedure could still have use in research, he said.
