Walsh Construction submits winning bid for Ohio River bridge project

Kentucky has named Walsh Construction the preliminary winner for a contract to build a bridge across the Ohio River from downtown Louisville to Indiana and reconstruct Spaghetti Junction. "We’re happy to be the winner and looking forward to getting started and can’t wait to build the bridge for the people of Louisville," said Walsh project manager Arik Quam. Walsh's bid was the second lowest and promised the earliest completion date.
