"We love showrooming," Best Buy CEO says

Hubert Joly, CEO of Best Buy, is taking a contrarian position on the practice of "showrooming," which most bricks-and-mortar retailers dislike. "We love showrooming. We want to turn the tables and embrace showrooming," he told The Wall Street Journal. Best Buy's position is that once consumers enter its stores, "they are ours to lose," he adds.
