Kids' Networks Winning Over Adult Viewers

Kids' channels Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network increasingly are attracting adult viewers with blocks of programming targeted at the age 18 to 49 demographic. Last week, an average 488,000 18- to 49-year-olds watched Nickelodeon's sitcom rerun lineup during prime time. Cartoon Network estimates 30% of its audience is adults.
