Bon Secours Virginia's new hiring policy bans tobacco users

Bon Secours Virginia hospitals, surgical centers and physician offices will stop hiring job applicants who test positive for nicotine by the end of the month. The group already has tobacco-free facilities, and employees who don't use tobacco products get financial incentives while those who do are offered resources to help them quit.
