Mobile is a growing factor in virtual goods purchases

Purchases of virtual goods on mobile devices is rising even as the virtual market appears to be going flat on other gaming devices, according to research. In all, mobile is expected to contribute strongly to gains that will boost virtual goods spending globally to $4.6 billion in 2016 from $3 billion this year, Juniper Research says.
