With early-stage players in the online-video sector struggling to find a working model for revenue generation, finding a balance between carriers and providers could lead to market conflicts, analysts say. While some carriers have considered charging content creators for premium positioning, issues of Net neutrality and the mutual benefits of promoting popular video have forced them to back off.
