PositiveID gets FDA clearance for iglucose technology

The FDA has given PositiveID Corp. 510(k) clearance for its iglucose technology designed for patients with diabetes. The device enables patients to transmit blood glucose readings from a data-cable glucometer to a Web portal, where they can transmit information to family members and health care providers.
