More drivers ages 18 to 29 go online while driving, insurer says

Surveys have found that 48% of motorists ages 18 to 29 use the Internet as they drive, an increase from 29% in 2009, according to State Farm. "The mobile internet is generating another set of distractions for drivers to avoid. Regulation, enforcement, education and technology all have a role to play," State Farm's Chris Mullen said in a statement.
